Terms of use
This marketplace lets creators sell digital resources for Minecraft (maps, skins, texture packs, plugins, mods, datapacks, shaders, builds) and lets buyers download them. An account is required to buy or sell. You are responsible for keeping your login confidential and for actions taken with your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
This marketplace is not approved by Mojang Studios, nor affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft or Minecraft. “Minecraft” is a trademark of Mojang Studios.
Terms of sale
Products are sold by the sellers themselves, at the displayed price including taxes where applicable. Payment is handled by Stripe; the platform takes a commission on each sale. Products are digital content delivered immediately after payment. A cart can combine resources from several sellers: it is paid in a single payment, then each seller receives their share.
Purchases and refunds
Products are digital content delivered immediately after payment. By confirming your purchase, you request this immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
A refund remains possible if the product does not match its description, if the files are unusable or if the content is counterfeit. Contact us with your order number: if the request is accepted, the payment is refunded and download access is removed.
Rules for sellers
- Only sell creations you own the rights to. No copies of other people’s work and no Mojang assets reused as-is.
- Follow the Minecraft commercial usage guidelines: no content that gives an in-game advantage for money (pay-to-win), no pirated or fraudulent content.
- No malware, no obfuscated code hiding harmful behavior, and no undisclosed data collection.
- Every product is checked before it is published. We may reject or remove it, in particular after a report.
- A commission is taken on each sale. The rest is paid to your Stripe account, which must be activated to publish.
Privacy
We collect your email address and username (and, if you log in with Discord, GitHub or Google, that account’s identifier and picture) to manage your account, purchases and sales. Payments are handled by Stripe: we never see or store your card. A strictly necessary session cookie keeps you logged in, and a cookie remembers your chosen language; there are no advertising cookies.
Sellers also give us their legal name, country and, where applicable, VAT number: this information is used for platforms’ legal obligations and is never shown publicly.
From your account settings, you can export your data (JSON file) or delete your account at any time: your personal data is then erased; your orders are kept anonymously for our accounting obligations, and buyers keep access to what they bought. For any other request for access, correction or objection, write to us (contact details to be completed: publisher, address, contact email).
Legal notice
Site publisher: to be completed (name or company name, address, registration number, publication director). Host: to be completed. Contact: to be completed.
Report content
Every product page has a “Report this product” link (stolen content, malware, in-game advantage for money, Mojang assets, misleading description). Reports are reviewed by the team; a non-compliant product is removed and its seller notified by email with the reason. Reviews may be hidden if they are abusive or unrelated to the product.
Payment disputes
If an order is disputed with the bank, the download is suspended while it is reviewed. If the dispute is lost, the order is refunded and access removed.
